And so it begins...

My name is Cassie and I started this blog to share my thoughts, ramblings & the creative journey as a designer/craft-a-holic/fashionista. I honestly never thought I would have a blog. I love reading some of the fabulous blogs that occupy the shelves in the internet, but I never saw myself as someone who would have their own. It reminds me that life can take you in places you don't expect...but these places are often wonderful and irreplaceable.

So a little bit more about what you'll find here....the first is, I want to share my life with my family and friends. Within the last year I moved from Washington to Texas, which took me away from my family and most of my friends, whom I miss dearly. I absolutely love Texas and living on the Gulf Coast, outside of Houston but I do miss the people I have grown so close to and fond of.

I also want to share the inspirations & joys of The Mossy Fox, a little handmade jewelry and design business I've started in the last 6 months. {you can check out The Mossy Fox shop on the blog, here. Or you can check out the shop on Etsy, here}. For all my fellow craft-a-holics out there, I'll use this space to share crafting projects and tutorials. And I'll share my paleo lifestyle and the recipes my husband and I experiment with. So, hello to all my Paleo friends! I hope you like fashion, crafting and jewelry too.

Thanks for stopping by and please make yourself at home.
